How many times have you sabotaged your relationship, career, diet, or plans? You simply do not have time…so you think. Newsflash! You have the same amount of time in the day as the person you’re watching who is actually fulfilling her goals. You would be amazed how far 15 minutes a day will take you. That’s enough time to exercise, pack a lunch, write a few pages, read a book, or create a logo. The point is when you express that you don’t have time to make you better, you are saying that you aren’t worthy.
See, in life we make time for what we believe is important. You are important! So, dismiss that belief that you don’t have time because you are worthy of the exceptional life you seek. Get into the habit of waking up 15 minutes early to work on your goals.
