Numerous couples are affected by lack of communication. This behavior plagues companionship, well being, and finances. Once you create financial infidelity, it becomes hard to rely on the other person for financial comfort. As with anything else, with hard work you can prevail.
I challenge each of you reading the book to find a behavior in your life you can eliminate such as purchasing morning coffee, purchasing a lunch, or buying daily donuts. Whatever your vice attempt to eliminate for one month to notice the increase in savings. During this time of economic crisis, I suggest for everyone to monitor your spending habits.
Will anyone truly know or even understand why a person defines oneself by material items? I believe so. However, the answer is customized to the individual. Addressing what is sought after when emotionally spending and shopping can become clear when discussing defining oneself by items and not by your self worth.
