Now that you are coming to an end for the first month of 2013, let’s consider your position in life. Do you remember December 31? It wasn’t that long ago when you declared you were going to get out of debt.

January set the pace for the rest of the year.

It’s so easy to fall victim of the curveballs life throws at you, but it takes an MVP to knock each goal out the park.

Don’t wait for anyone to give you the life you deserve.

As easy as it is to wait for someone to grant you the opportunity you so desire or wait for the winning lottery numbers so that you’re able to pay off your debt…IT WON’T HAPPEN.

In order for your financial goals to come into fruition, it is up to YOU to make the move.

Stop making excuses and start getting results.

Maybe you can’t accomplish your goals because you don’t know what you want.

I remember as a child playing maze games. You could see the word START, a chaotic path with roadblocks, and the goal.

Every now and again, I would hit a wall and have to start over. One day I figured out that if I worked “backwards” I may be able to get through the maze.

That’s exactly how you need to work your goals. Write down exactly what you want from your {long term} financial goals then figure out the steps it will take to become successful.

You have the ability to be successful. If you didn’t begin as you have hoped, don’t be discouraged. Set your clear goals up and accomplish your goals one at a time. The only way you will succeed is if you have constant activity and make detours at every roadblock.
