A brighter future

In my life I’ve learned many things, but the following stood out the most.

Where there is darkness, there is light.

Where there is despair, there is hope.

Where there is sadness, there is happiness.

Where there is doubt, there is faith.

Begin each day with this motto and a positive attitude. You may not see the light at the end of the tunnel, but it is there. While growing up I also realized that nothing last forever. If you don’t believe me use your life as an example.

Youth isn’t forever; fear isn’t forever; unemployment isn’t forever; debt isn’t forever; and loneliness isn’t forever.

You can have a brighter future by creating a regimen and documenting your journey. At the end of the night take the steps to move toward for a brighter tomorrow:

Write down…

  • What you learned during the day
  • How it impacted you
  • How you will apply it to your life
  • How will you become a better person
  • Ways to share your experience with others

It’s the simple gestures that go a long way. By implementing this practice each night you will learn to understand, accept and appreciate your full potential.
