“It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect It’s successful outcome.”~ William James
I continually coach about perseverance, motivation, attitude and behavior to everyone for improved results. At times, I too seek motivation. I must admit that my tank gets low and I have to take my own advice to fuel my thoughts. This year is in full force with marketing, new strategies, and increasing the company’s client list.
Although, it is overwhelming at times I have found ways to stay encouraged. My reading list is growing. Not only am I surrounding myself with a great team, but I feed my mind with positive words and my soul with powerful meditation and prayer. What I’m “feeding” into my body is giving me the energy to take the extra steps.
My struggle is with focusing because of the excitement I have about my life. However, my family keeps me grounded and every time I look at them I believe even more in my abilities.
See, no one is exempt from needing an extra push. It’s up to each individual to search what must be done, why it is needed and how you can get to your level.
As I move forward in my endeavors I will do so with a mindset of not focusing on what I don’t want. Each thought will focus on the WANTS.
